15% growth in electronic processing in Benidorm due to covid

Benidorm grew by 14.8% in the number of electronic processes during the last year 2020, as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic.  Increasingly, it has become commonplace to carry out all necessary procedures via the internet and with the pandemic this reaction has accelerated.

For this purpose the councils and technicians of Benidorm have had to make an enormous effort to be able to deal with the large increase in applications, procedures and aid that have collapsed the old system.

The main objective is the security of the people and for this reason we encourage everyone who needs to do something online to try it first.
